Good Morning and happy Thursday. Well I must say I am bummed to not be at the gym working out. That means next week I will be in the gym every day trying to catch up! My daughter has no more green monsters in her nose. But she is still have to blow her nose constantly and coughing. If only I could hurry up and feel better and get back to normal.
For products used on my cards
has a new challenge today and a good one.
The sponsor this week is
I am super sorry I did not use one of their cute images but I am waiting to get some copic paper in. I happen to be one of those people that likes to stamp or print off a few images and get started on coloring. I color skin and hair. I try hair combos mostly to see which I like better and try different hair stokes. I must say I bought all of Krista's newest images and went crazy with my last paper. Only to find out I hated the way I colored all their hair except one :(. I have some Neenah Paper which bleeds a lot (I am not an experienced colorer... I know I color good but it normally take one or two tries before I get a finished image). I love X-Press It paper. I need to try some Make It Crafty paper but that is an even longer wait!
So this doll was colored for an upcoming challenge and I said you know what let's put her in for this challenge and I am glad I did. I love how this card turned out!
I used
Wild Orchid Flowers
Really Reasonable Ribbon
MS border punch
Hope you get a chance to play with us this week.

Woooo! Shanna, this card is amazing! Love the combinations of yellows and grays. Wow! Who would have thought? No one captures details better than you when it comes to coloring and highlights. So beautiful, and the skin tone is lovely!

ps I have candy if you are interested :)
Love the yellow! And your coloring is amazing!
Shanna, I love this paper and this image. I too am hooked on Krista's sweet images. Beautifully colored too. I use Mohawk color copy 100 lb cover card stock and I LOVE it. I have a hard time coloring on X-Press It paper and it tends to look smeary to me and it get to the point it won't take anymore ink/color then I mess up the whole image. I love the Mohawk paper and it is only about $23 for 250 sheets. Here is a link as where to buy it. it you think you may want to try it.

I have tried sooooo many different papers over the past 3 years and I LOVE this one the most, but everyone is different. I haven't tried Make it Crafty paper as it cost way too much and to ship it here it would cost more than the paper does.
Hugs:)
