Okay I think I may have a new favorite Tilda. She was so fun to color. I am still waiting around for my Spring 2012 Magnolia kit.... which was suppose to be to me before the stamps were in the store. I am not sure if I am the only person waiting anxiously before stamps get sold out. I have seen newer stamps too that are coming out after the Prince and Princess line.
MAGNOLIA I AM ON PINS AND NEEDLES PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Hurry up!

I haven't made an easel card in a while so here it is. I played along with the TOMIC sketch and threw in the birthday sentiment.

I used a stamp from the $1 bin at Michaels for the other sentiment. The papers are a mix between Basic Grey and My Mind's Eye. The Lace is from Ribbon Girl and the Satin Ribbon is from a stash I have from Michaels. I added some cheesecloth and a Maya Road chipboard tag covered with Walnut Stain and a SU rub on. Of course this little cutie was colored in copics and then cut out and added to my card.

Secret Saturday - Green
TOMIC - Birthday and sketch
Paper Pal Arts - Limeade, Artichoke, + another colors
RRR - Mono Green

Today is also a special day because The Great Impressions is starting a brand new challenge today. It will last a whole month giving you tons of time to play along. Make sure you also read the rules there are extras for those who use a Great Impression stamp

  YAY challenge #1

Show us something handmade on your card

Easy challenge...maybe a handmade flower, if you knit or crochet a doily, maybe a paper background, a handwritten sentiment.... anything you make handmade!

Remember you have a month to play!

So I have been a good girl well on a gluten free mission (harder than anything in my life), so here is the last of my candy stash in a little container. I cannot remember for the life of me where I saw this tutorial and it was on a personal blog not SCS. I really wish I could remember so I could give her credit.

I used a TH die and embossed the stamp Just Because (E654) with SNS - Cappuccino EP.

I cut out the circles using a spellbinder scalloped circle die, finished the outside off with some rhinestones and jute. Goodness I cannot wait to eat my peppermint candies again!

Please please please stop by and check out what the others created this challenge last a month and you can use any stamp you want!

Have a great Sunday!

Darling little girl and box candy holder! The script is so pretty, too. The added touch of punches makes it look so professional!

That Tilda is a cutie! Good luck on your diet, Shanna! I went grocery shopping yesterday and saw 'gluten-free' pretzels and almost bought them just to try them. I didn't realize how many items contain gluten...

Your treat box is adorable and now I'm going to have to order that Great Impressions' stamp!
