ProjectPea February Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to a new blog hop! Sadly this is my last post as a Project Pea. It has been decided that the Project Pea team will no longer be, but never fear there will still be the regular release team that shares amazing creations with SugarPea Designs.

Each month we challenge our fabulous team of ProjectPea Designers to create FUN & CREATIVE projects that are sure to make you look at your stamp sets with brand new eyes!

I decided to create a post it note holder. I thought it would be nice to have something on my desk to write notes and not lose my post it stickies!

I even came up with a little tutorial for you!

So first I cut out my pieces I would need and scored them accordingly.

I folded and glued the pieces I needed to fold and glue. It is really easy to assemble.

Here you can see I mounted the folded pieces so the flap covers the note pads. Then I adhered the mats I cut out ahead of time to make the note pad holder fancy!

So make sure you stop by and check out what the rest of the team created.

SugarPea Sketch Challenge

Welcome to a new sketch challenge over at SugarPea Designs.

First off let me apologize for my photo I have no idea why it didn't turn out amazing like the photo below!

I am excited to share a new SugarPea Sketch Challenge card with you. I used the sweet new image from the stamp set Fairy Sweet!

I had so much fun with this image. I love this image and I don't know why... maybe because she is just so cute!!

I added some sparkle to her. I couldn't help but make her shine. I paired her with some lovely papers from my Valentine's stash of papers as well.

Make sure you stop by the SugarPea blog to check out the rest of the teams cards!

Shaker Card Challenge

There is a new challenge over at SugarPea Designs Blog and I am beyond excited.

I used all dies to create this fun shaker card. I used the following SugarCuts Dies - Special Delivery Accents, Heart Journal Card, Heart Boarder, and Notched Heart Journal Card

I kept it basic with red, black, white, and vellum hearts on the inside of the shaker.
I loved filling my shake with all the heart pieces. Hope you get the chance to play with us this challenge!

Hello everyone. Welcome to a new Monday and new week.

Today I have a new card for you that I created for the new SugarPea sketch challenge.
So head over to the SugarPea Designs blog to play in the sketch.

I don't have a sketch here to share but hop on over to the blog to see it and play.

I just love the new Foxy Friend stamp set. I colored the fox up with copics and paired him with a matching sentiment. I also used some stamps from the Build A Background - Basics which is coming out soon! I also used the SugarCuts Die - Layered Treat Label to cut out the sentiment!

Thanks so much for stopping by do come back for more inspiration!

For my card I used the cute stamp set Fairy Sweet.  Isn't she just adorable.
I know Valentine's are everywhere but I wanted to create something a little not to the holiday theme this month though.

I inked all my edges with vintage photo to make the pieces stand out and I couldn't help but add fairy sparkles all around her by using sequins.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to WIN a $20 gift certificate to spend on some SugarPea Designs of your own!

Project Pea January Blog Hop

Welcome to SugarPea Designs January
ProjectPea Blog Hop
Each month we challenge our fabulous team of ProjectPea Designers to create FUN & CREATIVE projects that are sure to make you look at your stamp sets with brand new eyes!

For my creation I wanted to share a candy box I made!

So first off I grabbed my supplies. I cut out this cute box from my cut machine.

I cut some acetate paper out and adhered it with some glossy accents.

Then I added the sentiment with some watermark ink and white embossing powder.

I finished my candy box off with some twine and more stamps from the stamp set.

The teeth got glitter.
