Anything Goes
Hello everyone. I am back today with a new card I created for The Inky Chicks Challenge today.
The theme is the awesome ANYTHING GOES. So there is no excuse to not play along. And we have a wonderful sponsor.
Wild Orchid Crafts is specialised in selling Mulberry Paper Flowers and many other embellishments for card making, scrapbooking and craft projects. We started selling our mulberry paper roses back in 2005. Since then we've added a large selection of different flowers and colour choices.
All of our mulberry paper flowers are made using natural, renewable resources. The flowers are all handmade by experienced crafts people using high quality materials and great care is taken to ensure that they are made to the highest standard and beauty. You can see all of our flowers and embellishments on our website http://www.wildorchidcrafts.com
I had a blast watercoloring this beautiful Prima Bloom Girl. I used Prima watercolor pencils for the image and the sentiment was from a Donna Downey stamp set.
The flowers are of course from Wild Orchid Crafts so don't forget to grab you flowers and play with us during this challenge.

Christmas Colors
Hello everyone. I took a Summer break from The Inky Chicks challenge. I am back to coloring again.
I must say I need to do a refresh on my copics. Some of the nibs are just downright sad and ruined or some dried out and I didn't even notice. So bare with me with my return to coloring.
I have been doing mixed media creation for so long I am so out of practice!
So up this challenge we are doing Christmas Cards in Traditional Colors! Winner will get 3 digi images! So make sure you join in the challenge.
I colored this cute image which was provided by Aliciabel.
I stamped the sentiment and popped it up with some pop dots.
I couldn't resist adding some glitter. It also helped cover up some messes from my markers! I think the sparkle was just the key to make this card pop!
Thank you so much for stopping by and don't forget to come back for more!

Anything But Square
Hello to all you lovelies out there.
Today there is a new challenge over at The Inky Chicks challenge page.
This challenge we want to see you create anything NOT SQUARE!
So let's see you tags, or circles, or rectangles, or hexagons, and stars, etc.
I decided to have fun with a tag!
I colored up this Saturated Canary cutie and added some silver stickles to her jacket and hair tie.
She was colored with copics and paired with some Fancy Pants papers. I finished the tag off with this really cute felt flower a friend sent to me a while back as part of a goodie exchange. I just LOVE them and haven't wanted to use them. I thought this tag would be perfect.
I so hope you get the chance to play along this challenge with us.

White Christmas
Hello to you all out there.
Can you believe Christmas will be here before you know it???? I know we still have to get through Halloween and Thanksgiving!
Well The Inky Chicks Challenge has decided to bring Christmas a little early.
This challenge is all about White Christmas!!!
So here is my take on a White Christmas!
I went with one of my favorite older Magnolia images.
I colored her with Copics and a Wink of Stella glitter pen.
The background I wanted to pop some so I used an embossing folder on on white cardstock and went over it slightly with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
What do you think of the finished look?
Now head over and check out what the rest of the team created and play along with us!

Hearts
Hello to you all. Today is a new challenge over at The Inky Chicks. How exciting right. This challenge was so much fun as they want to see HEARTS!
That is right they want to see hearts on your creations. I used some different heart punches to add to my card.
I love how bright the papers are and I paired a Magnolia image up with them.
Here you can see my flowers and hearts up close.
I colored her with some copics. I didn't make strong pleats on her as I wanted her dress to stay fluffy but I love how sweet she looks.
Now don't forget to go hope over to the blog and check it out!
