Well lets get to my card. I made this for a team member because she has covered for me time and time again. Jenny is wonderful and great and she is always on top of her game and prepared. Thanks so much for helping me out!

I kept this really clean and simple.  I used the stamp Thanks with Flowers. 

I used several ink pads to color the stamp then finished the centers off with come Sparkle N Sprinkle Champagne Glitter. I used several colors of twine to finish off the top of the card.

Update on Update

Hey EVERYONE.

I know I have not been feeling well at all. My daughter has caught some bug. The doctors say if she does not get better soon that she will need ti be hospitalized. She is throwing up about every hour and can not keep anything down. It hurts my heart because she realizes what I mean when I tell her mommy is sick and does not feel good. I hate that she has to feel this way but its that much harder to do things because we are both sick!

So I shall be back with more post as soon as I can!

One good day!

Hey everyone. I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was a bit challenging. I can no longer cook or eat without throwing up. ERRRR. My abs are sickly looking on the top with a preggy pouch from my first pregnancy just sticking out there lol. I am so thankful my appointment was moved to this morning. I am praying they give me something to fight the nausea so I can get some work done. I cannot even stand the smell of my house anymore. Things are suppose to be getting better but they are far from. I guess it always gets worse before better. I have been in bed a lot too as moving around makes me hurl. As I cannot keep anything down it hurts more as I have nothing to go out. Although Saturday being nausea all day I was able to keep my food down and my daughter was almost an angel! ALMOST!!!!!

I made a post as i was not even able to make one last week.

I really missed everyone last week and was so thankful for Jenny to cover me. I am a bit on the pregnant side with horrible symptoms that have had me pretty much bed ridden! I hate this as I didn't go through it with my first. It really sucks that no two pregnancies are the same. I am slightly sick without the help of being pregnant so this definitely made things worse for me in an astronomical way!

So onto my card. This stamp made me happier once I saw her done. I used the stamp Lilly's Garden Time.

I used copics, stickles, glossy accents, Bo Bunny paper and spellbinder dies to make this card.

This image was so much fun to color and is a great card for spring, Mother's Day, thinking of you or just anything to brighten someones day!

Sorry I know the photos are not my best. I didn't have much strength to pull out my photobox and set it up but I really hope you enjoyed my card as it made a Great Impression on me.

First card for Creative Inspiration Paints

Hi everyone.

First off I was suppose to have a card ready for today with the Great Impressions Stamps, however I have been really sick as of late. I missed Sunday and I missed Monday :( 

I feel horrible for these let downs, but I am doing my best to play catch up!

Today is a first though.

 This is my first post for the team. I am so excited and honored to be here with Creative Inspirations Paints. I love these little paint pots and I love the variety of colors and everything these paints can do! 

So for my first project I made a card using a watercoloring technique. 

I used a Sparkle n Sprinkle stamp from the hummingbird set. I heat embossed the image with clear embossing powder and then proceeded to watercolor the image.

New challenge but no card.

Well everyone I hope everyone is having a wonderful Easter. If you don't celebrate it a wonderful weekend.  I have been having a hard last two weeks.

My big news.... I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I take two medications that you can't take while being pregnant and I had to stop taking them. Instead of coming off of them slowly I had to just quit. Talk about withdraw symptoms. Any of you caffeine folks....you quit yes and coffee and you become a different person. Well I just got sick as well let's just say if rather be dead. I have been tired (it physically hurts me to get out of bed just to feed my two year old and let the dogs out), nausea (I mean I'm losing weight, can't stand the smell of food, etc.), headaches, body aches, swollen feet (already?).

So I must apologize for not being on top of my game. I can barely get out of bed without some kind of pain. I am trying my hardest to fulfill my commitments but right now I need help :( and have none.

So today I was suppose to have a card ready for PAPER SUNDAES. Our challenge is a Sundae Bar The sponsor for this challenge is the wonderful Tickled Pink Stamps.

I used a newer but older Krista Smith image. She is constantly coming out with new ones. She is just a doll and great for Spring cleaning. I used some MME papers ( the new line is so cute). I also added some WOC wild roses. The shoes have stickles on them and I used liquid pearls left and right on the image. Of course my images are always colored with copics. I need to get some Promarkers or flew markers and branch out and try the Shinan or Shihnan however you spell them. I also used some lace.

I used one of Krista Smith's newer but not newest images. I colored her with copics and used an older MME paper pad. I also added some WOC flowers to embellish the side with. I haven't thought of a ribbon yet to tie on this card but I am sure maybe I will find one.

New stamps and paper!

Happy Monday. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. 

Thanks to everyone who played The Great Impressions first challenge. This is the start of a new month so The Great Impressions has a new challenge and a new SOM.

I could not resist the new stamps. As y'all know I love love love love shoes. So here is my creation for the day.

I used the new stamp Butterfly Shoe (F523) and the sentiment Nothing Happens (E755).

I embossed the shoe with Sparkle n Sprinkle's black detail embossing powder. 

I also embossed the sentiment with Tuscan Star embossing powder for sparkle.

I used some ribbon from Really Reasonable ribbon and the new Bo bunny papers. Who doesn't love butterflies? I love these shoes. I wish they were real. Reminds me of some Carlos Santana would make. I don't I could ever see something this great in Jessica Simpson's line.

I used some wonderful products supplied by Scrapbooking Unique. I used tons of flowers, ribbon, and even made a rosette out of some paper from the same pad. I used some distress inks and pop dots to pop up the sentiment.

It is so hard to see the the lift on the sentiment but I love it and if you see it up close it is wonderful!

It is Friday YAY and YAY and YAY!!!!

My daughter has been all but a good girl. I am hoping her nana is still picking her up today so I can have a little more alone time. I am so tired. It is Friday which means I will be watching Ghost Adventures tonight. Well I have a couple shows to catch up on. I will be working my butt off to get some things done while she is with her grandma. I have got to get a good schedule down too. I really need something right now!
