I ordered some Lili of the Valley Christmas stamps but they have yet to arrive to here I used a birthday stamp and colored it pastel. We can all use out imagination and make it seem like Christmas.

I used copics on this little cutie and had to dig hard to find some pastels as I they were buried underneath Halloween and Christmas papers I just recently got. The papers are from Prima and Melissa Frances.

I used a Martha Stewart coffin template. I saw this used on T.O.M.I.C  by Camilla. I loved her coffin so much I wanted a go at it. I definitely need some practice. I loved coloring Edwin though.

I tried smudge chalk to give it an old dirty look and then added some spiderwebs around the coffin.

I used a lot on this card. I colored my image with copics. I added distress inks on edges after distressing the edges. I added some recollection rhinestone swirls...I have no festive sentiments so I have to come up with something. I think my sentiment ruined the card honestly. lace and ribbon is from RRR and my papers are from My Mind's Eye and Echo Park.

 Well my card took me a little bit to get done I have been dealing with a sick daughter and then guess what my allergies started going crazy! So I was not quite on my up and up this week! I got a lot of catching up to do so please everyone bare with me if I am not so detailish with my cards this week. I am trying to squeeze in a lot since I didn't get much done. I am starting to get just a pinch of my energy back. On to my card.

Letraset is a great marker very similar to copics. They have similar and different colors. For my card this week I decided to use a new image created by the talented Krista Smith. She is known for her Simply Sassy images through Sugar Nellie, but she has a new etsy store that she sells digis at. This particular one is called Babygirl. Isn't she cute. All the images she has are cute and very hard to choose just one. I bought some and well didn't get all I wanted and had to go and buy more. I used DCWV papers and embellished her with some Prima and Wild Orchid Flowers, button and jute string from my stash, and ribbon from the Ribbon Girl. Hello Everyone. Just wanted to let everyone know there is a new challenge over at

The challenge is SCARECROWS... 

but yellow, brown, black, white, blue, and orange are the only colors you can use.

This was a doozey for me because I have never seen a scarecrow besides on the Wizard of Oz. So in search I went for a scarecrow. I love Mo images and I got this scarecrow for her site. (PLEASE RESPECT HER IMAGES AS WELL AS OTHER ANGEL POLICIES for stamps). I just happened to have a scarecrow button I cut the button hoop off of the back so it would lay flat. I used some ribbon from RRR and my sentiment is from SU. My papers are DCWV and KC & Company and I colored him with copics... once again a challenge. This is my second attempt to coloring him. My first attempt accidentally got reprinted over because I wanted to print another image next to him and bam I forgot how to load it in my printer.... ERRR I had to start all over.  This time I think I am happy because it turned out awesome. I love the sentiment considering once again I have never seen a scarecrow... except the new maggie scarecrow.

Hello Everyone. I have been so busy applying to DT and making cards for current DT, and then making cards for the craft fair in Vegas to sell! So I have been one busy momma! Well I really wanted to play with some of the current challenges that did not fit into my DT challenges at the moment. 

This is a new maggie from the Winner Takes All collection Yoga Tilda. I tried t color her as close as possible to a vintage look as I could. I still have yet to really feel comfortable with using distress inks yet. I used some Tim Holtz stamps and distress inks, some star ribbon from RRR (just got my holiday ribbon club), and a sentiment form a $1 rack.
