I had some serious lack of motivation until lately so hopefully you come by check out the teams work and play with us.

Many Thanks

Hey everyone. I hope everyone is having a great fall like day. It's nice here kind of cold but sunny. I am glad the rain has gone away. This weekend there was a lot going on. My fiance was suppose to install my new desk this weekend but it was not finished yet. BUT THE AWESOME PART OF MY WEEKEND..... wait for it.... wait for it.... I GOT A NEW COMPUTER!!!!!! Exciting.... the only sucky part about a desktop is when I want to Skype... lol I do not sit down long enough in one spot. I am always running around the house cleaning, picking up after my daughter, or in my second favorite place the kitchen. So everything is set up now and I am using it.

So onto the newest challenge

Tickled Pink Christmas

It's time for.... it's time for...... it's time for

We are having a rectangular week so make your cards rectangles....

Our sponsor is

Okay so I was a bad girl. Our theme this week is rectangles and I used circles lol.... My card is rectangle and so are the back parts.  I originally went for rectangle if you look at her she is rectangular. I just got up on wanting to use this sketch. Sorry I might seem a little spaced out as I write this. Tonight ABC Family is show casing all the Pixar Disney short films.... and I am a fan. I think I like them more than my daughter. Beauty and the Beast is on in 5 minutes so I am hoping to have this done before then. I really want to get her old classics princess movies... but they all are special edition making them an arm and a leg... and of course I have the old good and faithful VHS (in my moms storage several states away for the last 10 years)... who still watches those lol?

Well for my card I used Lil' Christmas Lolita Evie. I colored her with copics, used a snow writer, Sparkle n Sprinkle snow white flocking, glossy accents, SB dies, SU sentiment, Viva decor pearl pen, RRR ribbon from last months ribbon club, and the papers are from My Mind's Eye.

So if you get a chance come stop by and play.

Gobble Gobble

Good EARLY MORNING craft ladies and gents! I am so hoping that as you read this I am awake and at the gym working off the gained eating cake, ice cram, and candy this week.  Which is really really really funny because the new challenge today over at
is
#116 "GOBBLE GOBBLE"
Make something for Thanksgiving incorporating your favorite recipe...

Of course now you see why this is bad for me. I am an eater, and not just any kind of eater. I love southern foods (which can kill you) and sweets. I am a sucker for anything I can bake. I have of course over the last three years modified recipes and experimented to make things healthier to eat, but still a sweet treat is still SWEET! In fact this weekend, I will be having a go at cranberry bread and sweet potato "pie" bread. Of course cranberries are healthy and so are sweet potatoes. I will be adjusting my sugars and omitting glazes, but mmm if I can snack on it breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and not feel guilty I think I deserve a thumbs up!

Now onto my card. I used an older maggie. I colored her with copics, added some gems, some stitching, used SB dies, MME cardstock, a SU sentiment and real red ink, and Wild Orchid Flowers.

Time For a Colour Challenge

Well everyone I made it on another team lol. Kind of funny how before you apply and apply and apply but never make it and then you make it on a bunch of teams....Well I have made it and it is awesome. I am not going to lie I definitely have to stay on top of being organized. I am still praying for a new computer and soon.

Well I am now a member of the COLOUR CREATE TEAM

I am so excited to be a part of the team and I know this card can use a little bit more. I had a bunch to get prepped and ready because my daughter had her birthday party this past Saturday and then her actual birthday was Halloween so fun day of being good all up until it came time to go trick or treating and she was just ready to get out and go go go.... for those here on the east coast in the U.S. a cold front came and in and made a big huge temperature change from SUMMER to KIND OF FALL to WINTER! Some places got snow.... I am thinking to myself heater heater heater. It was 63 in my bedroom this morning when I got up and 69 upstairs (heat rises).   Next challenge is two year old (she says her age is Halloween) check up Tuesday morning! My girl is getting so big.

My first challenge with them is a challenge picked by Julie
Turquoise, Deep Pink, Ivory

Bunny Zoe is the Sponsor for this challenge

So for this challenge I decided to use a Gorjuss Girl. I had started coloring her turquoise a day or two before I made it on the challenge lucky for me my first challenge included this color. My papers are Cosmo Cricket, my ric rak is from Martha Stewart, and my flowers are Prima. This is my first center step card. I really like it alot better because it focuses the attention to the middle. I also like it better the the other stair step center card because I can never know what to put int he middle of those. I really hope you stop by and play our colors this challenge!

Good Morning everyone. I hope everyone is having a good weekend. This is a scheduled post as I will be spending time with family celebrating my little ones birthday. She was born on Halloween so we will be celebrating all weekend and Monday and maybe on Tuesday too. The big terrible 2's. Lord I am in for a long one with this goober.
Well we have a new challenge with

PAPER SUNDAES!!!!!

our challenge is to make

a bookmark or a corner bookmark!

Our sponsor is

SUGAR NELLIE

I love this image just seems so bright and happy. In fact I am so glad i colored her so bright because we got a load of ugly weather this weekend. Kind of bummed because we got a jumpy house for her party and it is going to rain :(
Well I used my normal medium of copics, some trim from my stash of scraps, tissue paper, crackle paint, real stitching (if you look closely lol it was my first time using a handheld machine I need a real one but they are kind of expensive to have if just using them for crafting). My papers are also from a MME pad that came out over the summer! MMMMM Summer how I miss you!

Well come over and play with us at Paper Sundaes and have a fun day crafting!

I Remember...

Good Morning! Well this is a scheduled post considering my daughter's party is today. Wish me the best of luck! My two year old is getting too big. I wish I could go back to the moment when I first held her. I really miss those days when she was small, laid there, and didn't get into to anything!

Anyways we have a new challenge over at

"I Remember"

Our sponsor this week is

For this challenge I used the new Sweet Christmas Dreams maggie Ice Tilda. I used her because I remember my first time on ice skates. I was in day care during the summer because my mom worked. I was young in elementary school. I was really nervous because I didn't know how to to ice skate. I could roller skate but that was 4 rollers and I was balanced. It was a good time though. I did fall a little bit here and there but it was really fun. She was so fun to color. I really wanted to use colder tones of girlie colors and I was able to do that with some new paper pads by My Mind's Eye. I used some snow white flock from Sparkle n Sprinkle, lace from Really Reasonable Ribbon, hemp from my stash, stardust stickles, snow crystals, copics for coloring, MS border punch and snowflake punch, a doohickey die, pearls, SU dye ink (don't remember the color name) and sentiment from inkadinkado I believe but don't hold me to that.

A New Leaf

Hey Everyone. There is a new challenge over at

"Turning Over a New Leaf" Make a card, LO or craft project for Fall using LOTS of leaves and any colors you'd like, EXCEPT NO GREEN or BLUE.

Okay so this was very hard to not use green. The blue I think I got away with but no green.... I struggled with trying to not add green to my fallen leaves and I have to really work on brown pants versus denim jeans. I think I did good though.
I used copics of course and some Prima leaves I think they are Prima. I also used a tim holtz stamp to do my corners and embossed them with SNS Halo emobssing powder. I used Walnut stain distress ink and some lace from Really Reasonable Ribbon. I was bummed that I did not have time to order any autumn flower soft (my local (not so local) scrapbook sotre went out of business).

If you get a chance come play with us and use those leafy fall images!

Fallin' For You

Hey Crafty People.

Today is a new day for a challenge over at

Our sponsor this week is

Their images are so adorable and they have tons of digis to choose from.

Sorry I so forgot to get this post ready. I have not been above the weather lately. I'm really not doing well with some new medicine I have been taking. Tomorrow I go in and see if the doctor can do something else. All this science and yet the things created to make you feel better only give you more problems or make you feel worse. I am also going to do my best to be on time with post this weekend. My daughter's 2nd birthday will be this Saturday and getting her family together and under one roof without confrontation shall be a tough challenge and then trick or treating with these different groups will be tricky also. Wish me luck for this week and next will be my toughest!
